13th July 2020
We're pleased to announce, the Welsh Government has confirmed that studios in Wales can reopen from July the 27th. Here is some information on how we will be operating appointments moving forward.
If you had an appointment postponed during lockdown or would like to arrange a new tattoo, please contact you artist by email of DM to schedule your new sitting. You may also call the studio from 27th of July onwards to arrange an appointment or email us directly.
We may also have space available to provide same day appointments instead of walk-ins at the current time.
Please feel free to call us and enquire about available space on the morning that you wish to get tattooed. We will try our best to accommodate everyone as safely as possible.
Stronghold is Royal Society of Public Health qualified in infection prevention and control. We have taken all precautions prior to COVID starting but will continue to take further measures to make sure everyone is safe and secure during their time in the studio. Your appointment time will be staggered with your arrival of all other customers. This time is strict so please be on time.
You will need to wear a mask to your appointment and it must remain on during the entire time you are in the studio. If you don't wear a mask, we reserve the right to not tattoo you. Please arrive alone. No friends or family will be permitted to enter the studio. Our waiting area will be closed. Upon arrival you will need to complete our standard consent form as well as a form relating to specific current climates. We will also be recording your body temperature with a digital thermometer.
If you have been ill prior to the appointment or are feeling unwell please do not attend and call us to reschedule the sitting. Your deposit will not be affected.
We will provide hand sanitizer, hand washing facilities and products to clean personal items as per usual.
Should you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask. We're looking forward to being back open and seeing you all.
